Refund policy

At Mikiki Illustrations, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. With the exception of products in the “Original Artwork" section, all items are produced after the order is placed so delivery times may vary - on average, 9 to 15 business days. Please review our exchange and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not feasible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing it.

Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or through bank transfer within 7 days.
